It was easy to get same day appointment. Nick was very pleasant on the phone and forwarded the address as I requested. At the office, I noticed, the receptionist recieves the patients and another person, Nick, takes the phone calls. Dr Tran was very professional. She was clear in explaining my eye condition and recommended things I can do to help. Overall, excellent experience for visiting this clinic for the first time.​​​​​​​

Dr. Lori Tran is a pleasure to talk to. She is professional and very good at her job. I would highly recommend her to examine your eyes and offer her diagnosis. Her receptionist has a great telephone personality and goes out of her way to fit you into Lori's schedule.
